I am a documentary and travel photographer currently based in Scotland. Having recently graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a First Class Honours Degree in Photography I work mainly on small photo stories around Scotland. I am passionate about capturing and sharing stories. I also work on commissions further afield and have experience in travel documentary.
During the Autumn and Winter of 2016 I worked at the Welcome Association with two other volunteers teaching a series of 10 creative photography workshops to a group of migrants and newcomers to Edinburgh. This culminated in a fantastic exhibition at Edinburgh Napier University showing work by all of the participants, curated by myself and the two other volunteers.
In the winter of 2017/18 I was commissioned by Gracefield Arts Centre in Dumfries to design, organise and teach workshops to secondary school pupils, culminating in an exhibition of the work. These workshops were inspired by and run alongside the Don Mccullin Artists Rooms Exhibition at the Art Centre.
